Refund and Returns Policy

Please note all purchases are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery date at lauren@laurenmhayworth.com. Your claim will be reviewed and if approved, a new book will be shipped to you as replacement.

Digital delivery of ebooks is managed by BookFunnel and may take up to 24 hours after purchase to arrive in your inbox. For concerns regarding ebook delivery, please visit https://bookfunnel.com/help/ or email BookFunnel at  help@bookfunnel.com.
