About Lauren
Lauren M. Hayworth is a 12th-generation North Carolinian with an insatiable interest in history and literature. As an author of historical romance, she makes the past vivid again with evocative prose and meticulously researched stories.
When not living amongst the plotlines of her imagination, Lauren works as a dental hygienist, and relishes time spent on her family’s farm with her beloved husky. Her debut novel, The Lover’s Eye, was named a finalist for the 2025 BookLife Prize by Publisher’s Weekly.
